How long will it take for me to receive my order?
On average, shipping times in the U.S and Canada are 2 to 7 business days. Exact shipping times depend on your location. During Holiday Season (Christmas and the New Year) orders may take additional 5-7 Business Days from UPS/FedEx/Canada Post due to volume of orders. During Long Weekends, orders may take an additional 1-2 Business Days. Please ensure the delivery address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for miss-delivered or rejected packages due to partial or incomplete addresses. The customer is responsible for any re-shipment fees for rejected, non-delivered, or miss-delivered packages.
How will I know if my order shipped?
All Pearlory packages are shipped with tracked shipping. You will receive the tracking number at the email address provided during checkout, once your package ships. Please check your Junk folder if you have trouble finding the shipping confirmation.
How much is shipping?
We implement a tiered shipping model that reduces shipping costs as more items are added to your cart. For orders totalling $30 or more, the shipping rate drops to a flat fee of $5.99 USD. If your total order amount reaches $65 or more, we offer free shipping.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
At this time, Pearlory does not ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure your Shipping Address does not include a PO Box, or your order will be rejected.
Do you ship outside of the US and Canada?
Yes! We ship to countries in Europe, including United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc. The countries we ship to are available in the drop down menu at checkout.
Will I be charged duties or import fees?
You will NOT be charged duties or import fees to orders being shipped to Canada or United States of America.
Orders being shipped to Europe may incur taxes and duties, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
My Order
Can I change my address?
We at Pearlory, try our hardest to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please note that once the order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make changes to the delivery address.
You may make this request on the shipping carrier’s website.
Any package returned back to us for non acceptance upon delivery, or non-delivery due to incorrect address or failure to pick up the package, will be refunded minus all shipping costs (both ways).

Can I cancel my order?
The team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible. This is why once your order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel the order.

I did not receive my order. What can I do?

Please make sure your shipping address is 100% accurate. Pearlory is not responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages once your package is delivered to the stated shipping address.

Returns / Exchange
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Any claims made after this time frame will not be accepted. Pearlory does not reimburse the cost of shipping for returns, or provide Return shipment labels.
Our Return & Refund application and eligibility criteria can be found here. After your application has been reviewed, you will receive an email notifying you of the status and the next steps.
Due to hygiene reasons, we can not accept returns or exchanges on Earrings. Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.

When will I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed within 15 business days, once we have reviewed your information submitted via the Returns and Exchanges form. All refunds will be applied to the original payment, excluding shipping fees.

Is your jewelry Hypoallergenic/ Nickle Free?
Our jewelry is designed to by hypoallergenic as it’s made with medical-grade stainless steel. All stainless steel can contain trace amounts of nickel, which should be considered for those with severe nickel allergy. Our 10X thicker gold plating acts as a barrier beteen the stainless steel and the skin.
How is your jewelry waterproof?
Each piece is treated with a gold plating technique known as PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition). This cutting-edge plating method, environmentally conscious and renowned for its resilience, involves a vacuum coating process, resulting in a finish ten times thicker than standard gold plating.
From the shower to the pool, the gym to the beach, you can wear our pieces with confidence, knowing they’ll never lose their shine or succumb to tarnishing.
What material is your jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made with medical grade surgical steel, and PVD coated in layers of real gold. This makes our jewelry waterproof and highly resistant to rust!
