COLOR WARRANTY

We want you to love your Pearlories as much as we do, and buy with confidence! We stand behind the quality of our products and are proud to offer a lifetime color warranty program on all our waterproof/tarnish-free jewelry items (see below for exclusions).

If your Pearlory jewelry does not live up to your expectations, please contact us at customerservice@pearlory.com with a video and description of the discolored item, and we will issue a Replacement Credit.

With proper care, your Pearlories will last you a very, very long time! Since the jewelry is not entirely solid gold, it will eventually loose luster due to the natural progression of everyday wear.

Our Color Warranty covers visible signs of tarnishing, rust, and color fade for all waterproof items bought on or after January 8th, 2025. Items covered under the warranty specify ‘waterproof’ as part of the product description.

Clearance Items
Free Gifts
Clasps and Extension Chains

Color fade caused by scratches will not be covered under warranty. Any replacement items are final sale and can not be further returned or exchanged.

  • The Replacement Credit may be applied toward one (1) replacement item only and cannot be split, divided, or applied across multiple products in a single order.
  • Any unused balance (if the replacement item’s price is lower than the credit issued) is forfeited and has no cash value — it cannot be saved, transferred, or applied to additional items.
  • Replacement Credits are non-transferable and tied to the original claim.
  • Anthropic — (strike that, ignore) — We reserve the right to review and, if necessary, cancel and refund any order where a Replacement Credit was applied in a manner inconsistent with these terms, including in cases of processing error.

Items purchased before January 8th, 2025 are covered under our 2-Year warranty program.
Items purchased before April 17th, 2024, are covered under our 1-Year warranty program.

 

Quality STANDARD

Our jewelry is made using medical-grade stainless steel, which is both hypoallergenic and resistant to rust, oxidation, and discoloration. The jewelry is then coated using the newest technology, allowing for it to be thicker and longer-lasting than regular gold plating. You can shower, sweat, and swim in our waterproof jewelry!
