Two of the three gems have fallen off. I've been wearing this necklace only for a couple of weeks. I sent an email to the customer service asking for an exchange. They told me they don't cover breakage of worn jewelry items and gave me a credit instead. It is a pretty necklace but their customer service is a bit disappointing and I'm not sure I'd want to shop here again.
