**BEWARE** Iām not the type of person to write negative reviews but I want to be honest with my experience. I canāt judge their jewelry because I didnāt receive two of my items in my order. When I got the package, it was sliced open. My doorbell camera showed that no one touched it after it was dropped off, but their customer support still insisted that it must have been stolen out of the box off of my porch. I asked for a refund/another shipment and they said no and to contact my local police instead. **So beware that you will not get a refund or replacement if your items happen to be missing/your package is damaged when it is delivered.** I was really disappointed in their customer service.

At Pearlory each item is quality checked, this process is photographed before items are shipped out. The individual packages are then put in larger cloth bag and closed off (items are not loose in the box), the box is taped with clear packing tape and then taped again with black branded tape. The team was able to review evidence that the box was packed with all the items before it was shipped and the video provided by you (UPS drop off) shows no evidence of tampering/damage to the box (the box can be seen from both ends). You also stated that the box was sliced open before you received it, however, the photos submitted do not indicate that the box was sliced, the tape shows ripped (UPS video shows the tape intact). Team will wait for your response so that we can further look into this for you.
So cute and durable. I shower/swim(salt water and chlorine) and it hasnāt tarnished yet. 5/5 star rating for this amazing company.

I got several things from pearlory and some of the products were amazing, but I regret a couple of them. Basically, anything where itās one product per listing was a decent quality in my experience. I got the 18k earrings and was pleasantly surprised with them, theyāre easily my new go-to earrings. I did get a necklace where I should have read the description better as itās a choker, not a regular necklace. I got one of the ring sets and theyāre awful. They trend small which means not all of them fit, and after wearing them for a couple of hours my fingers were bright green and the metal had already tarnished. The finish was also all scratched and rough right out of the bag, unlike the ring I got that was its own listing which was great. I also got socks which felt a biiiit small, I have womanās size 7 feet and I canāt see them being comfortable at a bigger size. The package was shipped out promptly and arrived really quick, I was impressed with the shipping.

Iāve been having allergic reactions to earrings lately so I was looking for hypoallergenic ones. I looked at the descriptions and chose those that noted sterling silver posts or metals that donāt typically cause reactions. So far, no issues and itās been a couple of weeks of wearing them every day! Products arrived within 2 days and were beautiful. Some of the stones were missing on the hoops with a crystal design and it wasnāt initially clear whether pricing was in CAD or USD but overall a great experience.

I got 3 pieces, gold hoops, a gold bracelet, and a gold snake chain necklace. They were all really nice and I wear them every day. Only issues were that I thought the hoops would be bigger than pictured, and the colour of the necklace is more yellow than I anticipated but overall good quality for price.
