I’ve had this ring for less than a year and all the black and white has come out of it. I don’t even wear it that much. So it’s clearly NOT water proof or even wear proof. I was definitely expecting it to look nice a lot longer than it has.

these earrings are pretty decent from the other products that they sell. it was a bit heavy. one thing i didn’t like was the clamps is really weak and wobbly, and the clamp part took off the gold, and i emailed them and they said something like they didn’t polish that part. but im sure sure if u sell a $20+ earrings it should feel better and look than amazon pieces!!

So happy with this extension, couldn't wear one of my bracelets as it was hard to do but with extension it's easier to do the clasp and I am able to enjoy my bracelet.

Amazing customer services, they mistakenly sent me two right handed earrings and once I told them they sent me the left handed earrings.
Upon close inspection I noticed that one of the sides where the metal meets the “pearl” there is a jagged edge. It also appears the “mother of pearl” is not in fact a pearl but more likely some sort of decal. It feels as though I could lift it up and it would just peel right off. I could be wrong. What can be done about this? It is a pretty ring but I fear that if I ignore the defect and wear it, eventually the pearl will come out completely because it is not secured by the metal or it will tear off. It feels very very thin hence my comment about it being a stick on of some sort (decal). Please let me know how I can remedy this issue. Thank you.

Excellent product! Been wanting jewelry that won’t change colours when in contact with water or sweat. Been wearing mine nonstop since bought, and into the shower, using shampoo and soaps and everything is still shiny, still golden and there are no stains on my skin!
The bracelet is beautiful and the quality is fantastic as well. The only issue that i found is that it is impossible to clip on my own and the extension chain is very thick.
FRAUD AND SCAM ALERT! Think twice before ordering!!!
I do not have concerns with the product itself, but with the management and their handling of customer service. The experience has been extremely disappointing and feels misleading. Policies appear to be created in a way that unfairly withholds customer funds, and support is unresponsive.
I had been in communication with someone named Elle, but after requesting clarification on my refund amount, the responses stopped entirely.
To provide context: I ordered four items, chose to keep one, and returned the other three. I paid for the return shipping out of pocket, yet I did not receive a full refund for the returned items.
According to their policy, earrings are non-refundable. However, since the “free gift” included in my order was a pair of earrings, I was told that if I did not return them, the value would be deducted from my refund. When I raised this issue, I was informed I could return the earrings to avoid the deduction. I complied and returned everything in the original packaging. Despite this, only half of the refund for the returned products was issued.
This is highly unprofessional, and it feels as though the policies were applied unfairly.
