Excellent product! Been wanting jewelry that won’t change colours when in contact with water or sweat. Been wearing mine nonstop since bought, and into the shower, using shampoo and soaps and everything is still shiny, still golden and there are no stains on my skin!
FRAUD AND SCAM ALERT! Think twice before ordering!!!
I do not have concerns with the product itself, but with the management and their handling of customer service. The experience has been extremely disappointing and feels misleading. Policies appear to be created in a way that unfairly withholds customer funds, and support is unresponsive.
I had been in communication with someone named Elle, but after requesting clarification on my refund amount, the responses stopped entirely.
To provide context: I ordered four items, chose to keep one, and returned the other three. I paid for the return shipping out of pocket, yet I did not receive a full refund for the returned items.
According to their policy, earrings are non-refundable. However, since the “free gift” included in my order was a pair of earrings, I was told that if I did not return them, the value would be deducted from my refund. When I raised this issue, I was informed I could return the earrings to avoid the deduction. I complied and returned everything in the original packaging. Despite this, only half of the refund for the returned products was issued.
This is highly unprofessional, and it feels as though the policies were applied unfairly.
Love all the jewelry I have ordered! It lasts, doesn’t tarnish, and is affordable and cute.
I’m in Canada and was charged in American funds.The 3 things I originally sent for one was so tarnished it couldn’t be worn.I orders again and by the way I was charged $188 & change for an order that was $88.50 but billed $188 US money.I sent the same 2 rings back that cost me $68 the 1st time 2nd time I sent back everything they asked but was given a partial refund.Thr third time the ring prices went from $27.50 to $29.50 but was charged $38.50 & $41.50.They said when I sent the items back the prices went up but when I went onto the sight the rings went down to $21.50 & $23.50.I was billed again at these so called prices.Im warning you,if you order from CA you’ll be charged in US funds.So all together for 2 rings it’s cost me nearly $400 + shipping for 2 rings that were supposed to be $27.50 & $29.50 but it’s cost me $400 to return the same rings.Please be careful.This is the most dishonest co.ive ever dealt with.An order costing $88 is now $400. They lied and said when you returned the items they went up but on the sight the rings were on sale so,they flat out lied to me as I said the same rings that I ordered had gone up but on the website the prices had dropped but I was charged originally $27.50 & $29.50 but when I reordered the same rings the prices jumped upto $39?50 & $41!50 in US funds.On the website it said $21.50 & $23.50 for the same rings.They lied again because the prices had dropped.Decieving co.is not even close to what I really want to say.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SIGHT IN CA YOU’LL BE CHARGED IN US FUNDS.
